Drop a shortcode on each page and you have a complete members area: [dmem_register] for sign-ups (with your own custom fields, optional avatar upload, terms acceptance and spam protection), [dmem_login] for logging in, and [dmem_account] for a tabbed account page where members edit their profile, avatar, photos and password - or delete their account themselves.
Build your own member fields - text, paragraph, number, email, URL, date, dropdown, radio, checkboxes, single image and photo gallery - and choose per field whether it appears on registration, is editable on the account page, is required, and is public or private. Public fields and galleries appear on each member's profile, and [dmem_members] renders a searchable directory of avatar cards.
Create groups, assign members manually, in bulk, on registration or by CSV import - then restrict any page or post from its edit screen: everyone, logged-in members or selected groups. Yes. Members can upload a profile photo during registration or from the Avatar tab of their account page, and it replaces their avatar everywhere WordPress shows one - comments, author boxes, the admin bar. Add a photo gallery field and each member also gets their own photo gallery with a per-field photo limit, shown as a grid on their public profile.

Yes. Turn on approval mode in the settings and new registrations are held as pending: they cannot log in until you approve them from the Members screen, which has a one-click approve and reject queue. Both actions email the member automatically.
Yes. Membership → Import / Export accepts a CSV with a header row - email is required, and username, names, password, status, groups and any of your custom field keys are optional. Existing members can be updated when matched by email, and new members without a password get a strong random one. You can also export all members to CSV and move your whole configuration between sites as JSON.

Card details never touch your site, and payments go straight to your Stripe account.
