Demfilz Customer Statements for WooCommerce

Give any customer a clean account statement of their paid orders — for a financial year, quarter, month or custom range. Show it on screen, export CSV, or print and save as PDF. Perfect for end-of-financial-year summaries, quarterly reporting and B2B accounts.

v1.1.0 · .zip · WordPress 6.2+ · WooCommerce 6.0+ · free, no account needed

Actual paid invoices only Financial year · quarter · month · custom WooCommerce 6.0+ · HPOS

What it does

Pick one or more customers and a period, and Demfilz Customer Statements lists every paid order in that window with running totals — net, tax (GST/VAT), total and a cumulative balance. Then display it on screen, export it as CSV for your accountant, or print / save it as a PDF.

Only orders you treat as paid are counted (Processing and Completed by default — you choose). Periods are measured by payment date or order date, and the financial-year start month is configurable (July for Australia, April for the UK, January for calendar-year reporting).

Free and Pro

Run statements by hand for free; let Pro send them for you:

  • Free — build statements for any customer(s) and period, on screen, with CSV export and a print / Save-as-PDF view.
  • Pro ($19.95/month) — real branded PDF statements, email to the customer in one click, and scheduled automatic monthly, quarterly or end-of-financial-year statements to every customer with paid orders.

FAQs

Common questions

How do I send customer statements from WooCommerce?

WooCommerce doesn’t send account statements on its own. Demfilz Customer Statements lets you pick one or more customers and a period, generate a statement of their paid orders, then print it, save it as a PDF or export it as CSV to send yourself. The Pro tier can also email a branded PDF statement straight to the customer in one click.

Does WooCommerce have a statement of account feature?

Not out of the box — that’s what this plugin adds. It lists every paid order for a customer in the period you choose, with net, tax (GST/VAT), order total and a running balance, plus per-customer and grand totals. Only the order statuses you treat as paid are counted — Processing and Completed by default, and you choose exactly which statuses count.

How do I export a customer’s order history from WooCommerce?

Search and select the customer — or several at once, including guest billing emails — then choose a financial year, quarter, month or custom date range and generate the statement. You can export it as a CSV for your accountant or print / save it as a PDF. Periods can be measured by payment date or by order date.

How do I create an end of financial year statement for WooCommerce customers?

Choose the financial-year period when you generate the statement. The financial-year start month is configurable — July for Australia, April for the UK, or January for calendar-year reporting — so the totals line up with your actual reporting year. On Pro, end-of-financial-year statements can also be scheduled and emailed automatically to every customer with paid orders.

How do I see a summary of what a customer has purchased in WooCommerce?

Generate a statement for that customer over any period and you get every paid order with net, tax and total, a cumulative running balance, refunds and net received, and per-customer and grand totals. It turns “how much did they spend?” into an on-screen answer in seconds, with CSV export if you need to take it further.

Where do I download the Customer Statements plugin — is it on WordPress.org?

Yes — it’s published on the official WordPress.org plugin directory. Install it from Plugins → Add New in your WordPress dashboard and search “Demfilz Customer Statements”, or download the zip from the directory. The free features work straight away — no account required.

Can I email statements to WooCommerce customers automatically?

With Pro, yes. The free plugin covers on-screen statements, CSV export and print / Save as PDF; Pro ($19.95/month) adds real branded PDF statements, one-click email to a customer, and scheduled automatic sending — at the end of each month, quarter or financial year, every customer with paid orders is emailed their statement with the PDF attached.
