Setting up Demfilz Auto Order Wholesale-Dropship for WooCommerce

What this plugin does

Demfilz Auto Order Wholesale-Dropship for WooCommerce automates supplier ordering for dropshipping stores. It adds a private cost price to your products, stores your supplier's details (including their email), and — when an order is placed and paid for — automatically builds a purchase order and emails it to the supplier with the customer's dropshipping address. Your supplier ships directly to your customer.

The plugin is free, fully functional and handles one supplier. A separate Demfilz Auto Order Pro add-on plugin ($19.95/month via Stripe) installs alongside it and lets you add unlimited suppliers, splitting a single order across them and routing each line item to the right supplier by product brand or tag.

Step 1 — Install & activate

• Install Demfilz Auto Order Wholesale-Dropship for WooCommerce from Plugins → Add New, or get it from the WordPress.org listing.
• In WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
• Choose the downloaded .zip, click Install Now, then Activate.
• A new Auto Order item appears in the admin menu — everything below is configured under it.

Step 2 — Set your cost prices

The cost price is what you pay the supplier. It's internal only and never shown to shoppers — it appears on the purchase order and (optionally) on your orders for margin reference.

• Edit a product. On the Product data → General tab you'll find a new Cost price field. Enter the amount in your store's currency.
• For variable products, set a cost price on each variation.
• Save the product. You can also show a Cost column on the Products list to fill these in quickly.

Step 3 — Add your supplier

• Go to Auto Order → Suppliers.
• Enter the Supplier name and the Supplier email — this is where purchase orders are sent.
• Optionally add a contact person, CC address, phone and the supplier's address (printed on the PO header).
• Save. This supplier receives every paid order.

Step 4 — PO settings

• Open Auto Order → PO Settings.
• Trigger — leave on Payment complete so the PO sends as soon as an order is paid.
• Sender — the "from" name and email the supplier sees, plus an optional reply-to. Turn on BCC me to keep a copy.
• PO number format, which price to show (cost / retail / both), and an optional header note or terms.
• Flat shipping fee — optionally add a fixed shipping amount (with your own label) as a line on every purchase order; it's added to the PO total. Charged once per PO, so with the Pro add-on it applies per supplier. Leave blank for none.
• Company branding — set your logo (pick one from the Media Library), company name and details (address, ABN, phone), plus a standing Notes to supplier message and footer terms. These appear on every PO.
• Save changes.

Step 5 — Go live

Place a test order and complete payment. Within moments your supplier (and your BCC inbox) receives a purchase order containing the line items, your cost prices and the customer's dropship shipping address. Check Auto Order → Logs to confirm it sent — and use Resend there or on the order screen if you ever need to.

The Pro add-on — multiple suppliers, routed by brand or tag

Demfilz Auto Order Pro is a separate plugin you install alongside the free one ($19.95/month via Stripe — cancel anytime). It adds unlimited suppliers and automatic order splitting.

1. Subscribe from your Demfilz account. You'll get a licence key by email, plus a download link for the add-on .zip.
2. Install the add-on the same way — Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin — and activate it. Keep the free plugin active; the add-on extends it.
3. Go to Auto Order → Licence, paste your key and activate it. The Multi-Supplier screen appears.

Then, under Auto Order → Multi-Supplier:

• Add a supplier record for each of your suppliers, each with their own email.
• Choose your routing dimension — Brand or Tag.
• Give each supplier a routing rule: the product brands or tags they fulfil.
• Mark one supplier as the fallback to catch any item that doesn't match a rule.

Now when one customer order contains items from several suppliers, Auto Order splits it into one purchase order per supplier — each containing only that supplier's items — and emails them all, automatically.

Deactivate the add-on at any time and the free plugin carries on with your single supplier. Nothing is deleted.
