Subscribe from your Demfilz account and you'll receive a licence key by email along with a download link for the Pro add-on plugin. Install it alongside the free plugin, paste the key on its Licence tab, and the Multi-Supplier screen appears. The free plugin keeps working exactly as before, on its own, if you ever deactivate the add-on.
