Upload the plugin and activate it alongside WooCommerce.
Pick a rate source and add your Australia Post credentials.
Set origin, packaging, services, fees and GST.
Add the method to a shipping zone and test.
You'll need: a WordPress site (5.6+) with WooCommerce installed and active, PHP 7.2+, and one Australia Post API credential (below). Without WooCommerce active, the plugin won't activate.
There are two ways to get rates — you only need one:
Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin..zip, click Install Now, then Activate.After activating, a new tab appears at WooCommerce → Settings → Australia Post. Everything below is configured there.

Check, in order: credentials are saved and "Test credentials" succeeds; an origin postcode is set; the Australia Post method is added to the customer's zone; products have a weight; and if you set an enabled-services list, that those services are actually available for the parcel and destination.
Australia Post domestic prices already include GST. If WooCommerce also adds tax, customers pay it twice. Set the method's tax status to None, or enable Remove GST if you intend to add tax yourself.
Australia Post only returns services valid for the exact parcel — an Express satchel won't appear for a parcel heavier or larger than that satchel allows. Try a smaller test parcel, or leave the service list empty to see everything.
Responses are cached to keep checkout fast. Lower the cache duration under Advanced, or set it to 0 while testing, then raise it for production.
It requires WooCommerce to be installed and active. Activate WooCommerce first, then this plugin.
