Demfilz Customer Statements for WooCommerce produces an account statement of a customer's paid orders over a period you choose — a financial year, quarter, month or a custom date range. Each statement lists every paid order with date, order number, status, payment method, net, tax and total, plus a running balance and per-customer and grand totals. Display it on screen, export CSV, or print / save as PDF.
The free version does everything by hand on demand. Pro ($19.95/month via Stripe) adds real branded PDF statements, one-click email to customers, and scheduled automatic monthly, quarterly or financial-year statements.
You'll need: a WordPress site with WooCommerce 6.0+ and PHP 7.4+. For Pro's emailed and scheduled statements, make sure your site can send email (most hosts can; an SMTP plugin makes delivery more reliable).
Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin..zip, click Install Now, then Activate.Go to Statements → Settings and set these once:
Statements → Statement.The statement shows each paid order with net, tax, total and a cumulative running balance, a subtotal per customer, and a grand total when you select several customers. From the results you can:
Activate Pro under Statements → Licence / Pro ($19.95/month via Stripe — cancel anytime). Install the free plugin first, then the Pro add-on, then paste your licence key. Pro adds:

Only orders whose status you mark as "paid" on the Settings page. By default that's Processing and Completed — the statuses WooCommerce itself treats as paid. Pending, on-hold, cancelled and failed orders are excluded.
Yes. Set the month your financial year starts on the Settings page. Australia uses July, the UK uses April, and January gives calendar-year reporting. Quarterly statements follow that start month.
Yes. When an order has been refunded, the refunded amount is shown and a "net received" figure is included in the totals.
Yes. Enter their billing email(s) in the guest box on the Statement screen. Registered customers are chosen with the search box.
Pro is $19.95/month, billed through Stripe. Activate and manage (or cancel) your subscription from the Licence / Pro screen. If a subscription lapses the site reverts to the free features without touching your data.
