Turn every paid WooCommerce order into an invoice in Accountants.Contact — automatically. The customer, line items, shipping, fees and GST are all mapped, and the payment can be recorded so your accounts receivable and bank reconcile without re-keying a thing.
v1.0.0 · .zip · WordPress 6.0+ · WooCommerce 6.0+ · free, no charge
When WooCommerce marks an order paid, the plugin creates an approved invoice in your Accountants.Contact account — matching the customer by email (creating them if new), mapping every line item, shipping charge and fee, and applying GST / GST-free tax codes. The invoice total matches your order total to the cent.
If you turn on Record as paid, the receipt is booked against a bank / clearing account you nominate, so your accounts receivable and bank balance reconcile automatically. Every order syncs at most once, so retries never create duplicates.
Keep your catalogue in step: export WooCommerce products to Accountants.Contact items (on save or in bulk) and import items back into WooCommerce, matched by SKU. Imported products land as drafts for review.
Published on the WordPress.org plugin directory and built to its standards.
